Northern Bangladesh (the Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions together) is home to about 38 million people today. At roughly 1% annual growth it is expected to reach about 40 million by 2026. Around 50–60% of this population are children and young people, whose demand for modern entertainment is growing fast. Yet Northern Bangladesh still has no major international-standard amusement park.
