What is the share price, and why was it set?শেয়ারের মূল্য এবং নির্ধারণের কারণ কী?
Each share costs ৳5,00,000. The project has 6,600 shares in total. Of these, 51% of ownership will remain with Tahera-Younus Holdings Limited and the other 49% is for investors. From the time the project opens, a fixed portion of the company's annual net profit will be distributed to shareholders each year as dividend. The projected annual return on this project is about 19.4%, much higher than ordinary bank savings or an FDR. No. There are no hidden charges beyond the set price when buying shares. However, a nominal registration fee may apply when ownership is transferred, under government-set rules.না। শেয়ার ক্রয়ের সময় নির্ধারিত মূল্যের বাইরে কোনো হিডেন চার্জ নেই। তবে মালিকানা হস্তান্তরের ক্ষেত্রে সরকার নির্ধারিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নামমাত্র রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

The park will have modern entertainment rides, a water park (wave pool, infinity swimming pool, natural water body), and popular outdoor rides and games. Yes. The park will be open 365 days a year with no off-season. There will be high-quality 24/7 CCTV at every ride, entrance and parking area. Tahera-Younus Holdings Ltd is an RJSC-registered company. Investors will receive an official share certificate and an investor card for every share, and ownership security will be ensured through a sub-kabala deed.Tahera-Younus Holdings Ltd একটি RJSC নিবন্ধিত কোম্পানি। বিনিয়োগকারীদের প্রতিটি শেয়ারের বিপরীতে অফিসিয়াল শেয়ার সার্টিফিকেট এবং ইনভেস্টর কার্ড প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়া সাব-কবলা দলিলের মাধ্যমে মালিকানার নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
Does the company have any bank loans?কোম্পানির কি কোনো ব্যাংক লোন আছে?
No. The project currently has no bank loan or institutional debt. So a large part of the company's income will not go to interest and will directly help increase investors' dividends.না। বর্তমানে প্রকল্পটির উপর কোনো ব্যাংক লোন বা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ঋণ নেই। ফলে কোম্পানির আয়ের বড় অংশ সুদের পেছনে ব্যয় হবে না এবং সরাসরি বিনিয়োগকারীদের ডিভিডেন্ড বৃদ্ধিতে সহায়তা করবে।

Every structure in the park is designed to be earthquake resistant. There is also an advanced drainage system so that water does not stand even in heavy rain.
